Pros

Quiet atmosphere No one bothers you

Cons

Feels like a jail. Forced to be there 5 days a week even if you were hired to work remotely and live a hundred miles away. They monitor you. Aren’t valued or promoted ever for doing a good job. They keep laying off people then pile all the work on one person with no real reward for being overworked and underpaid.

Pros

The benefits are the best part

Cons

You are given a lot of unattainable sales goals and not a lot of help with customer escalation.
