Pros

$23/hr base pay, if you like church vibes and club music you’ll enjoy the atmosphere. People are generally nice and or polite.( Not always both though)

Cons

Lots of red tape in front of commission, 90%customer service and you have to dig and beg and lie to get sales half the time. 0% integrity in this company and you compete with 3rd party sellers who walk in to businesses to sell, cold callers, AND the store as well as other call center reps and other companies. Metrics to hit before you can get any commission goes up every month. You can sell the world fiber and phones but if you have a short month or something and don’t make 250 calls in a month you get nothing. Period.
