You stand all day and when you are busy you do not get breaks.

You can become the expert at what you do and champion your own initiatives with big budgets and proper support.

Cons

You can get stuck doing the same job for years if you don't blaze your own path. Top talent is not coming to this company at all levels and therefore innovation and product development are slow to come. Acquisitions cannot solve this problem alone.

This job equips with project management experience as well as puts you in the frontlines of telecommunication technology. You interface with leading industry vendors and get exposed to the latest and greatest for the telecom industry. Additionally, this particular position also offers OT pay if you work over 40 hours

Cons

Raises, while available are typically very marginal. Bonuses are also awarded annually however you are to some extent at the mercy of your entire department's performance.
