Good pay, but exhausting

Pros

Good pay with overtime benefits

Cons

If you have children you won't be seeing them. Only guaranteed one weekend off a month. Never know when you're going to go home fluctuations with work and demand. AT&t doesn't care about appointment windows which directly translate to. They don't care when you get home or if you're going to pick up a job that should have been picked up in the morning at the end of the day

Pros

It used to be a great place to work with seamless process and clear direction.

Cons

A recent reorg has sent the teams into a frenzy. Work waterfalling in and not enough staff to do the work. Little to no regard to employee work/life balance. A RTO mandate that is also increasing stress on teams, and a watchdog mentality to ensure everyone is in office 8 hours a day.
