Pros

Commission-based sales that motivate you to work hard, the more you sell, the more you make, but you still get a decent base hourly rate as well. The benefits are the best of any employer I have worked for, bar none.

Cons

You work retail hours, so you can forget about a consistent 9-5 shift, and don't even think about asking for a Friday/Saturday/Sunday as one of your regular days off. You can get one off now and then, but not on a regular basis.

Pros

Generally a great environment to work. Plenty of interesting work to do and it is surprisingly nimble inspite of the size of the organization. Most of the people are motivated and driven. Its a very diverse culture since there are teams in different parts of the country and most of them come from different legacy companies

Cons

With the merger, teams are usually geographically dispersed all across the country. This means that very few face to face meetings take place. People are usually on conference calls and communicate via email or IM. This is sometimes not the optimal way to collaborate within a team. There are video conferencing capabilities but not used much.
