Pros

Highest pay scale in the industry

Cons

Shifting focus from wireless products to wire-line products caused a lot of internal turnover, leading to new employees being inexperienced to properly help customers effectively.

Pros

AT & T has a pretty good benefit program and a good amount of paid time off so it allows you to maintain your life outside of work.

Cons

AT &T wireless pushes it's supervisors to unrealistic sales goals. Since so many people already have cell phones it's extremely difficult to try and obtain the new activations
