Pros

Decent Insurance, Air Conditioned, Good Cafeteria, Nice Lawn, Secured by Security Guards

Cons

High turnover, low pay, management abuse, high favoritism, union-run that does no good. The offices of the previous AT&T sold to Cingular, who then rebranded to AT&T. They sold stocks like crazy before selling to Cingular....and low people knew nothing of it. Very surprised nobody ever looked into it. Billions made.

Pros

The best reasons to work for AT&T are the medical/health/retirement benefits.

Cons

Telecommunications company that has no corpoate telecommuting policy. Company is recalling all "non-essential" Blackberry use ie you must be a Director or above to have a company issued Blacberry. Further, they are not supporting the continued use of laptop computers in favor of desktop computers which will essentially keep the employees changed to their desks! This is a stark contradiction to its corporate mission which is to "Connect people with their world, every where they live and work and do it better than anyone else."

Too many people have been laid off - leaving alot of employees working well over 40hours per week to make up the difference
