Pros

Steady work - small layoffs (for now), Many training opportunities. Nationwide office opportunities. Upcoming product discounting opportunities finally available. Uverse is pretty kick butt. Opportunities for many job titles to work remotely. Lots of opportunities to make your own decision with very little hand slapping. Benefits are pretty decent - if you do not get sick or need much health care.

Cons

So big you can get lost within... If you are not a sales rep - you can be invisible. Ugly offices. When people leave they disappear - leaving their absence up to gossipy speculations. Have seen 20+ year employees laid off before retirement.

Pros

If you do your job you have long term stability

Cons

They do not value people and manage by fire drill. Everything is due TODAY and this makes it difficult to do the really important work which will pay dividends in customer service.

Pros

- Decent projects - Innovative technologies - Telecommute opportunities - Decent compensation and benefits

Cons

- Process nightmare (too much paperwork required for simple projects) - Too many hours. You work 60 hours a week minimum, but management tells you you can only record 40 hours in the time system. - They have a tendency to promote problem workers to get them away from projects/people. This is bad for morale. - New hires tend to come in at a level equal to or higher than more experienced employees. Again, bad for morale. - Poor work equipment. Employee PCs and servers are substandard which impacts productivity. Added up, I bet I spend an hour a day waiting for different systems to respond.
