Pros

Steady employment, average wages. Management concession package

Cons

Over the years the company expects you to do more with less. Raises are practically non-existent, and shows overwhelming favoritism.

Pros

Job Security is probably the biggest thing. This company is solid and probably won't be getting bought out any time soon. You Learn a lot which will get you a higher ranking position at another company but don't expect to get it at this company.

Cons

Being looked over for promotions. Commissions constantly getting cut down.

Pros

If you are a Management Employee you get your home phone, cellular, and TV at much discounted rates. Sales people get company cars if they average more than 1,300 miles per month. Tuition reimbursement is up to $5000.00 per year but you must get approval from upper management. Being a Nation wide company you have the opportunity to get advancement quicker if you are willing to move. If you enjoy technology and like to learn something new every day or be challenge to learn more this is a good position.

Cons

To get promoted it’s who you know not what you know. Many Managers and Senior Managers are so out of touch with there customers or afraid to talk to customers personally that causes them to guide their employees in the wrong direction.
