Pros

An opportunity to learn alot in a faced paced environment. Nice perks such as free home phone, internet, and cell phone discounts. Plenty of online training available if you have the time.

Cons

Long hard hours in different areas of the company. Sr Leadership sets extremely high expectations without understanding what is really needed to get things done. Too many layers between those that are setting the direction and the actual workers. No room for advancement. Company wants employees to help sell products such as phone/internet even using a tag line like "to those with home offices" but many groups do not allow telecommuting.

Pros

They are a national company and transfer opportunities are available.

Cons

They manage their managers instead of focusing on productivity and accomplishment. Randall Stephenson publicly made the comment that he approves of working from home anytime after five. Managers are already expected to be IN the office 50 hours every week and take work home.
