Pros

The colleagues are like one big family, and everyone gets along togethor. Fun, fast paced working environment.

Cons

Low pay for the job we actually do. Section leaders get the stresses of a department manager in the new management structure for 65p more an hour than colleagues get, the extra stress and working 60 hours a week just isn't worth it!! Development within stores seem to have halted to a stand still with all the displaced managers taking any and all the remaining manager jobs going. Being promised development and promotions and it just seems they are fake promises to keep the section leaders happy!!
