Pros

Flexible hours (when it suits the management) Seasonal contracts for Uni students (always an issue with pay when you switch)

Cons

They expect you to revolve life around the store Told not to talk to colleagues Pay is not worth the hassle To progress, hours are long, long enough to kill any social life requiring you stay awake past 10pm.

Pros

colleagues are the best, everyone love each other all feel like one family. the money is good.

Cons

the managers thinking is always tactical and never strategic, managers could pull you from one department and put you on another that you aren't even contracted to work at. managers treat colleagues like animals and expect the input to be the output without considering colleagues opinions and feelings. managers don't care about colleague opinions.

Pros

It has a great environment most of the time, fellow colleagues can be very kind and most of the time you meet some interesting customers. Colleagues can also be very kind and helpful to the cleaners.

Cons

Some of the managers/section leaders have very little to no people skills and some would treat their workers like crap.
