Pros

Friendly colleagues and nice working atmosphere but always pressure from above.

Cons

Not being listened to is the worst thing and knowing that you are quicker and more efficient if left to get on with it. Hard work and commitment not rewarded and too many changes of systems that are not improving the output.

Pros

Great environment to work in. Optimistic employees. Fantastic pay. My job is pretty straightforward and I've even become close with workers in the other departments.

Cons

The hours that I do are really early and as a student, it's difficult to stay awake once I've finished because the job is tiring itself.

Pros

Relaxed atmosphere, great people, often flexible working hours, interesting customers, develops people skills, managers generally leave you to get on with the job, great place to work as a young person.

Cons

Monotony of the work, often difficult to get holidays, feel as if you're just a pair of arms and legs, expected to do favours for the company that never does favours in return, very poor pay, very difficult to raise a family on the ASDA wage.
