Pros
This was a good company to work for and had great benefits. Good management
Cons
Started to hire incompetent supervisors and management. Who then hired in their friends! They didn't care if the work was correct or done right just get it done. They took my work away and gave it to their buddy who was doing sloppy work. Supervisor was also letting his work slide to the ones under him because he didn't know how to supervise. Doing good work and being correct, never late, never missing aday didn't matter. Excellent work ethic was not acknowledged. HR horrible.
