      Work life balance most of the time which helps to focus in a better way. Also a good work culture promotes the same thing

      Needs to enhance the quality culture of the company like lean and six sigma. Also focus more on continuous improvement

      -Team is great We work well together and do lots of other things outside of work -Hours are pretty flexible Work is flexible when I need it

      Jobs are contract work so if a team doesn't have work for you you need to go find some other team to find work and there might not be any work.
