      Conducive work atmosphere & work life balance. One can perform freely as negativity at workplace is at bare minimum.

      Cons

      Pay structure is slightly an issue. Selection of managers at departmental level is a bit of a concern.

      Young, enthusiastic and self-motivated people. Before becoming part of Alstom, this company was a cooperative with a genuine and spontaneous spirit of collaboration. Being in Alstom, this spirit has been going slowly down.

      Cons

      It has chronic deficiencies in some management areas, especially in Human Resources department.
