      1. Salary 2. Extremely flat organization hence you feel confused about the time and effort to be put in for your next promotion 3. Little laid back organization for aggressive people

      Not much opportunities to learn. Not food for the initial phase of your career. To much of buttering of manager for promotion.

      Easy to move up if you're willing to work for it. Paid training. Benefits package amazing.

      Cons

      A lot of our work colleagues are in Switzerland or France to name a couple places. Time differences, and trying to find the right person overseas to speak with can be difficult.
