      - Work culture, arguably the best in world - Good work-life balance - Exposure to full life cycle of an EPC project (concept to commissioning) - Undoubtedly the best Indian company that gives vast international work exposure - Lots of leaves and very good flexi work hours

      Cons

      - Career development is very slow - Believe in engineering specialization as opposed to the typical Indian mindset of expertise of all engineering aspects - Worst paymaster among all Indian MNCs - Very poor internal transfer policies, lot of politics goes on - Of late, the company has lost its vision in securing jobs and employee management, as well
