      Nice work environment. Nice people. Not so much tension. Big brand name.

      Not a really awesome company where you want to be. I mean these projects company dont really care about the work life balance.

      The company has some amazing product that really make an impact on the world.

      Cons

      Alstom's managers are disconnected from those they manage. Management consists of a high percentage of PhDs who don't understand that some of their less educated workers may know more than they do in their given area. Just leave the human out of human resources (HR), and policies fluctuate with the whims of HR & management.
