      Pros

      Great company to work for. Has a lovely location in a greenbelt, most people have their own offices, but open spaces appeared as well a year ago. Excellent people to work with, there is a high concentration of very nice people.

      Cons

      There are some antique projects written in C that one should avoid, but again every company has those.

      Pros

      Pay not too bad, good benefits with impressive pension scheme! Working environment is good and people seem to be very friendly

      Cons

      Communication or lack off it seems to cause 99% of problems! Factory building and machinery need to be modernized to keep up with competitors or risk being left behind?

      Pros

      Nice folk, nice engineers, good "clan", great canteen.

      Cons

      Oh dear, as ever, it's the "senior" management who 1) have sidled in and don't actually know what they're doing, 2) the local management (right up to the head honcho) have absolutely no authority whatsoever, and are scared, frightened of clueless but authoritarian Montpellier.
