      Pros

      Alstom is a great company with an Strong name in the Market and for the ones who loves technology I jjst can say it's the right place to have a job and get more and more personal development.

      Cons

      In Alstom Wind on shore the processes are very weak and the energy available in the whole área is quite unbalanced.

      Benefits, Salary, Offices, Really smart People

      Cons

      A few manager focused too much on the short term. Cyclical business (and layoffs). Slow to adapt to new technologies though when I left it was already improving. Some manager manage by bullying employees, regardless of their actual performance. Too focused on "performance reviews" and not actual job done.

      Good company great benefits and good work environment. good guys in there with a lot of knowledge

      Cons

      Frequent changes employee not told what is needed.. No care for employee or work .. A lot of friends in upper management and with employees , makes a very bad environment for regular employee
