      Large well organised organisation, reasonably fair, potential opportunities for progression and travel, reasonable work /life balance, good support structure HR etc , reasonable resources available, some security of employment.

      Cons

      Slow decision making, not all opportunities followed up, lack of encouragement, disappointing occasional attitude of co-workers, petty politics can influence some basic every day operations.
