      Lots of overtime, paid training and good local hours

      Cons

      When traveling intense schedule, zero tolerance and structured like a boot camp to intentionally wash people out. Hardworking is rarely rewarded and slckers get promoted often.

      Smart people who are great to work with. The benefits are very good. There is good work-life balance for most positions and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Some positions (team leads) are over-worked. Also, heavy-weight processes are pushed down from upper-management.
