      Diversity in co-workers all are coming from different nationalities and cultures which is great As well great learning opportunity where most of the experts just offers there teaching and training for others

      Cons

      Upgrading your position is a little difficult as well challenging roles comes a little harder than others bottom of line if you do the job and in a good way no one will push you to upgrade your career

      Non ethical company with no values. It is all one man show. which includes recruitment, salary review , promotion etc., This man goes by face value . Basically this person is at top management and does not like a good performer . he treats them as his competitor and throw them out of the company
