      Bonuses, Very good HR dealing with problems immediately.

      Cons

      Slow pace environment, nothing exciting or challenging about the job. Extremely laid back certain engineering management show no passion for the job no development or progression for their employees. Menial tasks set, no sense of responsibility in your role, nothing motivating.

      Pros

      I worked in Alstom (Noida) for 3 years and the experience was very good. I can mostly think about the pros: * Very good work-life balance * Very good product based working environment * Supportive manager and colleagues * Good infrastructure, cafeteria, canteen * Good number of leaves In short, it was a very pleasant experience working for this company. Surely go for it!!
