Full of politics - Managers does not care anyone's growth only biased toward employees belongs to their state. - TDS reflected on Form 16 and 26AS traces are different, till date it is not resolved. - Settlement happened after 4 months of leaving Alstom

Lots of overtime, paid training and good local hours

Cons

When traveling intense schedule, zero tolerance and structured like a boot camp to intentionally wash people out. Hardworking is rarely rewarded and slckers get promoted often.
