Pros

Good benefits including gym, mobile phone, bonus, weekend / night shift overtime. Young organisation in Australia so relatively easier to climb up the career ladder.

Cons

Caring culture is good, too good that it protects low performance employee too much. So the high performers take up all the rest but end up having the similar pay rise and bonus

Pros

They are good till you say yes.

Cons

Here there is a kind of autocratic rule of managers, you cannot say out loud your views and if you do, your project will be degraded and the department will be shifted in case you try to go for inter mobility. Although other departments are good but this very one is not worth joining if you cannot be a YES man. I wish higher management of this department donot comment on personal life and give you ratings as per your work. You are not allowed a lot of things like wearing earphones while working.
