It's easier to note the negative points: Not very dynamic atmosphere for young people, decent salary and raises, but not incredible compared to other companies, positions of responsibility don't get enough recognition despite hard work.

1. Micro management 2. Have to work on weekends if new work comes on Friday evening. 3. Favourism towards people who praise managers 4. No Knowledge Transfer/Training sessions 5. No Professional Career growth 6. No Tools used all are internal tools. 7. Management is not good , where they only focus on number of Artefacts completed and are least bothered about Employee's Technical issues. 8. Management restricts/discourage people to communicate technical issues within the team. 9. Management compares team members and create a bad environment of allowing conflicts within the team. 10. Managers have zero technical knowledge and just command the team to complete work in an unplanned way. 11. RBC team has incompetent management. 12. No bus transportation provided.
