Pros

easy to give an interview to the company

Cons

Working at Lastom was a challenging experience due to a lack of proper management. The company often promises permanent positions and even sends confirmation emails, but then removes employees without providing clear reasons. There's a lot of internal politics, making it difficult to work effectively, especially with unprofessional managers. Growth opportunities are virtually nonexistent, as the company seems to focus solely on using employees to get work done. Additionally, despite being an international company with English as the working language, they pressure employees to learn the local language, which adds unnecessary stress. Zero growth and unclear expectations made my time here very frustrating.
