No Management of the Management

Pros

Decent pay and 401K match. Health insurance if very competitive. Good team of engineers.

Cons

No constraints on management tactics and poor behavior. HR is largely ineffective as the support of area leadership comes from Europe. The European leadership is too far from the events to understand or care. Tactics have and do cross ethical boundaries. Salaried employees do not have the necessary rights to successfully fight back and can only vote with their feet. Threats and intimidation are tools used to justify the ends.
