      Good scope of work- Can learn and implement the processes

      Cons

      Management- No meeting ethics for Top Management (Use FFF words in discussion), Treats employees as slaves Working flexibility- No Flexibility you will be asked to punch In & Punch out and not work from home HR Team- Never seen such attitude HR (IS&T), No time given to employee for any discussion , No policy's to talk Last day formalities- Never seen such an idiotic process in any company, 11 manual signatures, no proper communication, last minute surprises, hope less people around

      only private company to manufacture trains in india and has a state of art facility system for manufacturing at sricity

      Cons

      no proper program for interns as they claim. A lot depends on how you utilize your time effectively
