      Good Exposure. more clerical work, Working time 10 to 12 hours normally.

      Weak HR , Higher management dependent. Higher Management weird and outdated. can't cope up with new generation

      Reasonable salary for midlevel associates; good benefits for now

      Cons

      Awful, Awful management. Too many layers; too many chiefs that make decisions without understanding the reprucussions. People that should have retired 25 years ago are allowed to hang around and contribute nothing. Alstom is so fragmented that the employees do not know who to call within their own organization. Can only imagine how confused the customers/industry must be.
