Pros

Vacation period of 4 weeks was very good. Plus additional week between Christmas & New Year where office closes down. Compensation generally quite good.

Cons

Pension plan and Medical support plan limited and constrained. Costly for a full benefits medical package. Costs of 20% of all claims still remain with employee. High cost overheads - many contractors - producing high resource costs Centralised decision making within France - outlying subsidiaries have very limited intervention in decision making unless is it towards their own geogrphaic region of responsibility Commercial team aloof and not willing to co-operate across teams
