      - Nice work atmosphere - Attractive salary - Decent social advantages (home office, flexible time table, subsidise transport & meals) - International projects - Possibility to move to other ALSTOM sites

      Cons

      - Limited contact with external companies in the Swiss division of ALSTOM - Slow processes (e.g. procurement, budget approval) - Reduce range of products for trains - Tendency to transfer workload to "Best Cost Countries"
