Pros
I have friendly manager and colleagues which creates a wonderful environment to work in. If this is bad, then whatever job it is, we will hate it. So, this is a major pro for me in my current team. A simple hire achy of organisation.
Cons
Work life balance is not good. Work is very diversified across various teams and after a year or so, we may feel saturated in the team.
