Pros
Good team, good manager, flexible schedule, don't have to think about work after I clock out. I had a pleasant experience and got along with colleagues and managers. Many others though, didn't.
Cons
Can be physically challenging, fast paced, not for everyone. Many people come and go. The company had certain policies and rules that they wanted the store associates to apply and communicate to the customers, which were irrational and changed every week. That created a hostile environment and tension.
