      Pros

      Work attire is free. Good vacation time. Store is closed some holidays. Gain floating holiday for working during open holidays. $2 free every pay check for work shoes. Great 104k and health insurance. Above minimum wage hourly pay.

      Cons

      Random schedule every week. Work all shifts at random: Open Shift 6am to 2pm. Mid Shift from 11am to 7pm. Closing shift from 2pm to 10pm. Required to work cash register, stock shelves, clean store, customer service, and inventory.

      Pros

      Great hard working people, good scheduling, pay upgrades longer you work there, employees are nice and wonderful to work with.

      Cons

      Not really a con but there is a ton of work, being an associate is not just sitting at a register all day, you get up stock shelves fast, clean up after childish adults who make a mess of the store.

      Pros

      Work keeps you busy, pay is good compared to industry standards.

      Cons

      We were told recently that nobody was receiving raises this year. Although pay is good, you probably won't get enough hours to make it a livable income. New employees are making just as much as those who have been there 5+ years. Aldi used to be very employee focused but has started to move away from that, and more towards acting like a big-box store.
