Pros

There is always something to do and you never get bored the pay is good and the benefits are great. My manager is great and treats everyone with the respect they deserve he has high standards and holds everyone to those standards no matter who you are and he dose not believe in a job description no one is to good for any one job and like wise no job is ever to high for anyone.

Cons

Dealing with so many different people in such a short amount of time really takes a toll on a person it is emotionally draining as well as physically draining with no chance of promotion past the management level

Pros

The company offers good training, good pay, great benefits, promotional opportunities are good as the company is currently expanding to new areas of the country

Cons

There aren't many downsides. The work is hard as the job requires a 50 hour week, you have to work weekends and evenings as a store manager.

The pay was incredible for a cashier starting off the bat- $10 an hour! Plus our stores closed at 8 pm, so getting home at a decent hour was a plus.

Cons

Blech. The lines were awful, so the pressure they already put on you to be as speedy as possible (they're very adamant about this) easily increases. That was without a doubt my least favorite part of the job- the stress of going fast with constant large orders. You feel bad for those customers who only have 2 or 3 items and can't help wishing there were more cashiers available for them...
