Pros

They start District Managers at 70K/yr. Their benefits are excellent compared to competitors in the industry. The hands-on work experience straight out of college is unparalled.

Cons

You will work on your days off, after you come home, when you get up in the morning, and while at the mall. You are always on call and it can be a very stressful position with all the responsibility and a very direct management style from the top down.

Pros

the pay and benefits are really good.

Cons

there is no team effort. everyone is out for themselves. you can complain to anyone in charge and there is no change. you deal with the most irritating customers and are told you must satisfy them, which at times is impossible.

Pros

Pay and benefits are the only positive thing this company offers. It is great for a young single person to come in and get experience and money, but should only be used as a stepping stone to bigger and better things.

Cons

Work-life balance, workload, respect is non-existent unless things are running smooth for that moment, lack of training basically sets you up for failure from the beginning.
