Though the pay is great the hours aren't. The amount of employees hours the store is given depends on the productivity of your store. If the store is going through a slow period. Your hours will drastically be affected. Also you are considered an associate so as an associate you do anything and everything to keep the store going. You just don't sit there and cashier.

Underpaid. Aldi workers are required to do the work of 3 people and only get paid less than minimum wage for two. They do NOT promote from within instead hire idiots off of the street that have never even been in an aldi. The district managers back the store managers no matter what and don't listen to what the shift managers say. They pay people $14 an hr to train someone making $22... It's the most backwards multi billion dollar business out there.
