Pros

Rate of pay is decent for a retail job. Working in a large team of people can be quite sociable.

Cons

Targets to complete work are too strict, all manner of health and safety goes out the window. Management don't care about your well being just that the work is done with no excuses otherwise you get review conversations.

Pros

Good pay, good benefits, one or two good workers per store

Cons

Extremely physical occupation. Women are expected to lift as much if not more then the men. Lots of lazy co-workers. Not a lot of time outside of work at all. Be prepared to wake up super early and go home late. Management is corrupted, only care about themselves.
