Pros

Established Business, Nice Colleagues, Compensation, Benefits, Free Use Of Facilities

Cons

Disappointing experience. Bad systems, disorganized operations, fires, floods, inventory shortages, staffing shortages, extreme hours. GM was unreliable and uninterested in the people who worked there. Unresponsive in emergencies. The guy only came to office a couple of days a week so there was little to no interaction. We were managed through text. He seemed to consider himself way too important to show up for his team or support anyone. Property was not maintained, some issues were dangerous. They were all reported and remained ignored. Downstairs staff was frequently upset about the conditions of the work environment and it made running productive shifts difficult. The only time anything was cleaned or repaired was right before an executive from Spain came to visit. Can't recommend.

Pros

New ppl start at $42 per massage hr and $12 when idle, with a yearly raise but a cap at $46. You may get 6-7 clients a day when busy. United healthcare when full time at like $180 per check. 401k with match. Great co workers

Cons

Will wear you out. 7 clients is a lot. Management can be very difficult, uncaring and petty. No pay for clients who cancel last minute. Bi weekly pay. Very hectic, no rest period in between clients. Will make you come in early despite no bookings. Tips are frustrating, some clients tip others do not, and tips are not distributed daily or often enough.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re glad you found value in the benefits package, 401k match, and enjoyed working with your co-workers—these are key areas we focus on for our team members. We hear your concerns about the workload, client cancellations, tips, and scheduling. To help address these, we’ve recently increased our hourly rates and moved to weekly pay to ensure more frequent payouts. We have also arranged for cash tips to be distributed daily. Additionally, management has been focusing on reviewing scheduling practices to ensure adequate breaks and create a more balanced workflow. Your feedback is important to us. If you’d like to discuss your experience further, feel free to reach out at hr.ny@beaire.com. We’re dedicated to creating a more supportive environment. Thanks again for your input, and we look forward to continued improvements.
