      - Pay is great considering most jobs are minimum wage, tips are a huge part of pay - Free benefits when it comes to discounts and using the baths - Meet a lot of high end clients, and celebrities, great for networking - A lot of opportunities to move up in the company

      - Depending on who your working with at the time, there can be some workplace drama

      You need to be detail-oriented and consistent — this is not the kind of place where you can improvise or cut corners. The high expectations may not be for everyone, but they make sense given the premium positioning.

      At AIRE, you don’t just give massages—you help create an experience. The environment is unlike any other spa I’ve worked in: quiet, candle-lit, immersive. Guests come to disconnect and many leave visibly transformed, which makes the work deeply fulfilling. The team is professional and supportive,

      Cons

      It’s a physically demanding job, especially on weekends or during high season. Therapists are expected to maintain very high service standards, and there isn’t much flexibility in how services are delivered. Benefits could be more competitive, especially for long-term employees.
