      - Lots of opportunity to take on horizontal and vertical responsibilities - Flexible management supports lateral moves and career progression - Above market compensation for experienced hires - Very flexible work from home options (depending on role of course)

      - Past two years has seen significant reductions in force and reorganizations - Likely more reductions to come as the company restructure - Constant churn in organization is creating unsettling and insecure environment
