Pros

NONE that I can think of!

Cons

You work hard for them and write them lots of business to only be Laid-Off/Let Go via a Mandatory Conference Call. which included all agents, managers, directors, and other higher ups all across the entire United States; most of which had worked for them 20-30 years. They cut all our access to our clients and had Security Guards come in to take our Laptops and files while we were on the conference call. They did not inform their clients that they no longer had an agent or give them any information on how to reach the company if they needed to. Such as file a Death Claim, etc. Very poor and unprofessional way to treat clients and employees. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY or purchasing any of their products.

Pros

People are nice, benefits are pretty good. Your co-workers are like you, in the same boat with a big hole in it and sinking fast.

Cons

Managers are only interested in themselves, they don't care that their employees are drowning and are still expected to give "great service" to customers, its hard to when computer systems always go's down. Managers are rarely around when you need one, they never approve things right away, they let it sit for weeks on end and adjuster gets yelled at by customer. Training....that's a joke! Home office gets rid of the important departments and sends everything over seas so they can do the work because its cheaper. CEO and Higher Ups make sure they get paid and everyone else doesn't, haven't had a raise in 7 years, bonus, really whats that?
