Pros

Good compensation. They contribute an additional 4% into your 401k as a replacement to the pension they discontinued. Generous short term incentive plan. Half days before major holidays. Generous with PTO and paid holidays. Great severance package when they eliminate your position.

Cons

Constant turnover at the higher levels. Constant change in business strategies. No stability. No technology strategy even though it seems that half of senior level IT holds a title of CIO. No incentive to retain top talent.
