Pros

Because of its sheer size combined with the law of averages - you'll encounter very bright and talented people.

Cons

A rudderless ship with uninspired leadership; again because of its sheer size, you'll encounter a large number of curmudgeons and ne'er-do-wells without the accountability piece to get them in line. A monolithic giant that lacks the ability to pivot to new facts. And chances are, you'll be caught in a "RIF" (reduction in force) scenario within 6-12 months. The technology infrastructure is awful.
