Pros

Good benefits, 401K, health/dental insurance, PTO time, salary is ok

Cons

They do not favor the older workers....look out if you are 50 or over. They have gotten rid of a lot of great employees. They have a lot of favoritism within the company, a lot of "clicks". If you aren't in the "favorites" group of people, you get dumped on, overlooked, they always expect you to work someone else's desk while they are out and get your work done too yet they will write you up for "working overtime" even though it takes 10 - 12 hours a day to get done what they expect of you.
