      All depends on who you work for...

      Pros

      This is a decent company to work for as Insurance Companies go - there are some very smart and very hardworking people there.

      Cons

      As stated in the headline is all depends on who you work for (which is really true of most companies). The only other downside is that it is a very slow moving Insurance company that does not do well with REAL change. This is not necessarily bad, it depends on your personal preferences and mind set.

      Pros

      good benefits - medical/life/pension etc. strong and solid image. The location is convinient and very easy to get to as a commuter.

      Cons

      I havent experienced any negative aspect while working for AIG. Although commuting to this location is easy, the cost is a little high.
