      Pros

      Chartis has good benefits and if you are in a good unit- it is a good environment to grow. They do have a system of moving from one unit to another.

      Cons

      Upper management will work their employees to the bone and could not care less about their problems. Those who go the extra mile are not rewarded, just taken advantage of.
